諏訪湖
諏訪湖差不多位於長野縣的中央，是湖面海拔759米，周長16.2公里的該縣最大湖泊。在湖面冰封的冬季，可看到在冰面上打窟窿釣若鷺魚的垂釣者和滑冰人 的特有景象。並且在連續10天以上最低氣溫低於零下十度後，因冰的收縮和膨脹，在發出巨大聲響的同時，湖面冰塊發生龜裂，冰塊會向上隆起1米多，稱作「禦 神渡」的稀有現象。
