原建於1393年﹐後於1598年遷到現地點。在歷年舉辦集會時﹐人山人海，熱鬧非凡。特別是在2月初立春前一天的春分時節舉辦"拋撒抄黃豆"的風俗儀式﹑以及新年前夜的倒數計時和鳴鐘慶祝活動時﹐場面更加熱鬧。
